GARAGE CONVERSIONS IN CAERPHILLY

We are very pleased with Caerphilly Garage Conversions and with our brand new garage conversion.

This is for several reasons:
In the quotation stage they were very clear and open about what was included and not included in the quote. It is easy to be misled by seemingly cheap quotes that, when you dig down a bit, you see that they haven't included essentials such as electrics, plumbing, tiling etc. Caerphilly Garage Conversions pointed out that these things were not included and gave a clear indication of why this is (you will want to choose your own tiles and extent to which you want tiling done etc). They were also happy for us to use them and to pay a m2 cost or to bring in our own people.

During the planning, they were happy to answer endless questions, to make suggestions and to support us to get everything clear in our minds.
They were very organised and clear about the timelines and kept to these or updated us if there were any changes. In fact, the work started 6 weeks earlier than planned and was executed well within the projected timescale.
During the building phase they were extremely careful and respectful of the fact that we would need to live there while it was all taking place. Where there were spillages or anything damaged, we had a robust and constructive discussion around whose liability it was and I was pleased on the whole with the outcome. They were also sensitive to our neighbours, the needs of the council and so on.

Throughout, both my husband and I felt that we were working with extremely straight, honest and hard-working people that we could trust. There were some hiccups along the way but all was dealt with calmly and with great respect.
The final Garage Conversion is absolutely lovely and I know that if anything needs attention down the line, they will be responsive and helpful as ever.

I would recommend Caerphilly Garage Conversions without hesitation to friends or family that are considering a garage conversion or any other work done on their property.

We wanted to have a garage conversion at the side of of our house in Machen Caerphilly, and Caerphilly Garage Conversions were recommended to us by a family member.

The owner, is very friendly and polite and arrived for our first meeting on time.

After agreeing the project with him and supplying architects drawings, we agreed a price and contract.

Work started on the agreed day, and his men came more or less every day for the two weeks the job lasted. As the trades came in for the last part of the project, there was the odd quiet day, but we knew this was going to happen.

All his team have been very courteous, and they kept the site clean, especially between our house and our neighbours.

The quality of work, especially the plastering, electrical and plumbing work, has been very good. We have been impressed with the men’s willingness to work late to get things done.

Communications have generally been excellent.

Where there were changes to the job, the costs were agreed straight away, and I would say that Caerphilly Garage Conversions have definitely charge a very fair price for the work they have done.

After all the awful stories we have heard from friends about builders, Caerphilly Garage Conversions have been brilliant, and we would thoroughly recommend them.

I had a garage conversion completed in May 2015 by Caerphilly Garage Conversions . The job was professionally run from start to finish. All work was overseen by the local building control officer in Caerphilly Council.

Caerphilly Builders and their team worked to an exceptional standard. My Living room and dining room refurbishment is beautiful as we spend all our time in there. They worked quickly and tidyly. The price was reasonable but work was a very high standard and a quality product. I will be using Caerphilly Builders again for my windows this year and thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

I hired these builders to alter some walls inside my house and the quote is very reasonable compared to quotes from other companies. All my friends praises the bedroom conversion when they visit me. They did what we requested and also better than we expected. I highly recommend . Thank you,

The work on my garage conversion was top notch. Could not fault this building company in any shape or form. My Husband is a building Surveyor for the local authority so the work had to be done to the book and to a high standard, They delivered on all above.

Well Done
