The cleaner worked tirelessly to clean some extremely dirty rugs and carpets and got out more dirt and stains than we had expected. When we called him about a spot that we noticed on one of the newly cleaned rugs, he was very pleasant and courteous about the situation, and promptly came to the house to rectify the problem.

The bathrooms and kitchen sparkle. The cleaning lady doesn't try to rearrange my belongings--she just cleans like no one has ever done before--with non-toxic, natural cleaning products!! She takes the necessary time and doesn't break anything. And she is so pleasant. This company truly delivers a superior service.

Ease - If they made it any easier to schedule cleans, I'm pretty sure my head would explode. To be fair - I've never actually met any of the cleaners who have come to my apartment. I just leave a key with the doorman and come home to a spotless apartment. Like magic.
