John, our Director of Product Development & Co-Founder, had served in the Army, NSW Police and Fire Brigade for over 30 years prior and we’d come to appreciate the crucial difference that the right gear could have on the job. Over the years we saw case after case of gear or apparel that had failed its owner, or companies that chose quantity over quality.
