Introduction
In the early 90's, a prominent group of local Abbotsford business people involved in the automotive industry in the community initiated the creation and development of the Fraser Valley's very first automotive shopping centre. Although auto malls in BC were a fairly new and progressive concept at the time, The Fraser Valley Auto Mall's strategic "looped roadway" design created a unique setting for consumers to shop and test drive vehicles in a convenient, safe and controlled environment.
In building the loop, founders saw the importance of adding a secondary area to accommodate automotive related services such as a full service auto body shop, an auto and general insurance office and a number of other tenants servicing the auto industry.
