Introduction
FHP provide mechanical, hydraulic and electrical engineering expertise, designing and building systems for laying subsea cables and umbilicals and specialist bespoke systems. Additionally, FHP has developed a large hire fleet providing equipment and engineers to the subsea telecoms, renewables and oil and gas industries. The business was founded in 1986, initially carrying out repairs on hydraulic systems in the factories and ship yards around the local Tyneside area.
