Fox Kalomaski Crossing is a full-service creative agency, established in 1995 and still independent. In March 2014, the agency acquired a specialist agency to enhance its digital offering and TV/radio production services.
Fox Kalomaski Crossing has a guiding principle: this is to discover The Essential Truths about clients’ businesses and brands. Gary Jacobs
CEO
Gary Jacobs, CEO of Fox Kalomaski Crossing, has worked in the advertising/marketing communications sector for over 30 years.
17 years spent at Grey London, with their business to business agency, numbering 3M, Nokia, Milk Marque, Unipart, Caterpillar, JCB and other global brands amongst the clients worked with.
Left Grey to launch Fox Kalomaski with Stephen Fox in 1995 with the aim of becoming the best retail, leisure and travel specialist communications agency in London. Having an in-depth understanding of these market sectors and the experience gathered over the years enables him to help clients tackle their marketing communications problems with authority and insight.
His passion today is in developing imaginative and innovative, strategically-led marketing communications programmes that help clients to differentiate their offering and deliver great results.
A strong strategic thinker that will add value to any client, over and above the expected. Motivation is to help Fox Kalomaski Crossing to be one of the best and most respected marketing communications companies in London.
Aims to inspire innovation in the people he works with; colleagues, clients and supplier partners. Kim Harris
Head of Client Management
Kim has a strong retail, travel and public sector marketing background within both client and agency environments.
Starting her career with FCB she has since worked on or with brands and companies including Selfridges, Debenhams, Marks and Spencer, Jaeger, TfL, VisitBritain, Thailand Tourism, Bluewater, Bullring and The Peel Group.
As Deputy Managing Director Kim also heads up FKC Client Management and, in a nutshell, she makes it happen.
A strategic and creative thinker Kim will push the team - matching her intuitive and pro-active attitude with a strong process approach, Kim strives to become an extension of your own Marketing team.
With a belief in simple but effective creative solutions she will bring an honest and passionate outlook to everything she works on.

Peter Crossing

Starting at BMP in the late 70’s, founding Saatchi’s first BTL agency, then Lowe’s, then Colmans’ before staring One Four One in the early ninety’s (now a major network in Asia.)
Peter is still directly involved in a number of clients within Fox Kalomaski Crossing’s portfolio and divides his time on his second book (having recently finished reading his first) France and a eclectic mix of marketing related projects.

Robert Thackery
Director of Strategy
Robert has worked in marketing communications for over 30 years. After graduating from Cambridge, he joined HJ Heinz as a graduate trainee in marketing. From Heinz, Robert moved into advertising and worked for a number of leading agencies in London including DMB&B, BMP, Publicis and FCB. He was a director of both Publicis and FCB.
Following FCB, in order to concentrate more exclusively on strategy consultancy, Robert co-founded a number of integrated communications agencies, most recently in March 2003 The 7th Floor Consultancy as a new development within AW Communications. Following the sale of AW Communications to Round 2 International in 2010. Robert joined FKC as Director of Strategy in 2011.
Following FCB, in order to concentrate more exclusively on strategy consultancy, Robert co-founded a number of integrated communications agencies, most recently in March 2003 The 7th Floor Consultancy as a new development within AW Communications. Following the sale of AW Communications to Round 2 International in 2010. Robert joined FKC as Director of Strategy in 2011.
Stephen Fox
Managing Director
Stephen began his advertising career as a Trainee Account Executive with Saatchi & Saatchi in 1974, rising to Group Account Director in 1984 and in 1986 being appointed MD of Saatchi & Saatchi Sales Promotion and later CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi Business Communications in 1988.
He went on to set up Impact, one of the first totally integrated agencies, for FCB/Publicis in 1991. In 1995 he set up Fox Kalomaski.
In 2011 Fox Kalomaski acquired the agencies, Plain Deal and Crossing O'Sullivan, with the company being re-named Fox Kalomaski Crossing. And in 2014 the company merged with London Creative.
His Client management experience lies in retail, where he has extensive experience leading the strategic direction of marketing programmes for such Clients as: Dixons, Debenhams, M&S, Allders, McArthurGlen, Grosvenor, Land Securities and The Peel Group.
At Fox Kalomaski Crossing Stephen is know as the 'Care Taker' as he has ensured the smooth running of the agency through the last 20 years (including two recessions). He is responsible for the negotiation, management and completion of all Fox Kalomaski Crossing acquisitions and mergers and the financial and day-to-day management of the agency.
