Gary has been in the pub industry fro many year, and he opened up The Grosvenor Arms at Aldford, Chester 17 years ago. The pub has featured in The Good Pub Guide for the past 16 years.
Richard Cotterill
Chef
Richard has previously worked at The Midland Crowne Plaza in Manchester (where it was awarded 3 AA rosettes), and also worked at The Grosvenor Arms for 8 years before coming to the Fox & Barrel.

Tony is the Chairman of Tritech Group Limited and also the chairman of the Fox & Barrel, and brings a wealth of experience in business and finance.
