Danny Tam, the general manager, has been in Worcester for fifteen years and was promoted to his present position five years ago. He gained much valuable experience in some of Hong Kong's restaurants before coming to Britain. His friendly and efficient disposition and the warmth of his welcome has ensured his continuing great popularity.
