Just to help you understand: Underpinning is failing of external masonry brickwork or in some cases some houses have internal brick walls to, basically the concrete foundations the bricks are sitting on is failing. RE-STUMPING is a separate foundation that also fails, brick homes have them internally and weatherboard homes have them throughout.
