Introduction
We are Culinary Institute of America graduates with over 40 years of experience in the food service industry. No job is too large as we have done company outings for 2000 as well as events for twelve people. We do company outings, weddings, BBQs, special events, private parties, etc. We can drop off platters of prepared food at your place of business or go to your venue, (state park, service club hall, country club, backyard tent or wherever you choose) and cook meals on site. We also offer pig roasts &/or chicken BBQs. We offer simple picnic menus including hamburgers, hot dogs, sausages, grilled chicken, steak tips, Asian Pork Cutlets, Chicken Picatta, Teriyaki Chicken or Pork, Chicken Marsala, Pulled Pork, various salads including Szechuan Noodles, Broccoli Salad, three kinds of Cole Slaw, oil or mayonnaise-based Potato Salads or Pasta Salads, Fresh Fruit Salad, Caesar Salad, and many other options. We customize and price each job individually based on menu selection, number of attendees, and location.
