At FP we utilize semi-private personal training in our programs as we feel it is the best fit for the type of clients who are best suited to working with us. In the fitness industry people have a lot of options and this is an amazing thing. People can do large group classes, small group classes, 4-2-1 Personal Training or 1-2-1 Personal Training.
Since I started as a Personal Trainer in 2006, I have been lucky enough to use all these models within my business. As I gained knowledge and experience, I found the people who get the best results can buy into the system they are using most effectively.
