Bought or buying a house and you want to know what is in the textured coatings, floor tiles, garage roof etc. before you do any work on it? Are you responsible for non-domestic properties and in need of an asbestos survey as part of your duty to manage asbestos under Regulation 4 of The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2016? Already have the management survey and you now need to reassess the condition of those materials at an interval as determined by your management plan? Maybe you are planning to undertake refurbishment work in a property and require a survey to be carried out in areas specific to where the refurbishment is planned e.g. removal of a wall or fixing into to existing walls and ceilings, rewiring or adding central heating? Bought or own a building that you plan to demolish to make way for something new? If the answer to any of these is yes, drop us a email or give us a call with your requirements and our experienced consultant will contact you to discuss your requirements and if necessary arrange to visit the property to provide you with a detailed quotation. Depending upon the size and type of survey as well as the number of samples collected, reports can in some cases be turned around within 24hrs. We can discuss this requirement with you once we have collected enough information regarding your requirements.
