Forrest W. Wagner, Attorney at Law

Forrest W. “Bill” Wagner is a family law attorney certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization as board certified in the area of family law. He also practices in the area of wills and probate. He was born on March 13, 1940 in New Braunfels, Texas. He attended the University of Texas at Austin and received both his undergraduate and law degree from the University of Texas at Austin. He graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 1964. After graduation, he served in the United States Army as an officer in the armor branch. After his service in the Army, he moved to the Dallas-Fort Worth area and began practicing law in 1968. He has extensive experience in handling both family law and probate matters. He has participated in hundreds of trials, jury and non-jury, and mediations. He is also very aware that family law matters are very emotional and painful for all involved and will always seek to reach an agreement between the litigants, if possible. Bill is married to his wife of 44 years, Cindy, and they live in Frisco, Texas. They have three children and seven grandchildren.
