Introduction
The Form and Function clinic is a multidisciplinary health center that focuses on patient care. Following our dynamic treatment plan patients will see all or some of our unique services including chiropractors, physiotherapists, naturopathic doctors, chiropodist/podiatrists, dieticians, holistic nutritionists, personal trainers and computer foot scanning. All services are located in a single location along with products such as custom made orthotics, custom made assorted braces, compression stockings, shoes, beverages and protein bars
