We have an experienced Counsellor and Life Coach. I offer support for individuals and couples going through challenging times, sharing with them insights and tools for change. I am a keen researcher and have spent over 15 years studying human behavior, relationships and our capacity for change. I have a BA(hons) in Communication studies, Diploma in Life Coaching and have been a facilitator for teens.
