Florida Coastal Insurance Agency was founded August 2, 2010 by Bill Ruggie, Cliff Wyatt, and Richard Ficca. Bill and Cliff have had extemely succesful careers as State Farm Agents for over forty and thirty five years respectively. They are both pillars of the Clearwater and Pinellas county communities and are excited to offer their clients the flexibility and options they know have independent agents. Richard has an extensive background as a trainer, instructor, and consultant for both clients and other insurance agents and agencies. Richard regulary has written or consulted on risk over $15,000,000 in value and very unique or hard to place risk as well.
