Since his parents ran an HVAC company in Polk County, he actually grew up in the business! We are familiar with your needs because we are your neighbors. Our team lives and works right here in Polk County. We have high expectations for the heating and cooling of the homes and businesses in our area. 2. freon levels - too little or too much can effect performance
3. voltage reading on condenser
4. voltage reading on air handler
5. CFM - cubic ft. per minute cooled
6. Visual Inspection inside and out with photo documentation included in report
