We source the finest local organic ingredients, add no powders or preservatives and only use spring water. Our high standards of manufacturing are reflected in the flavour.
We are a team of people dedicated to creating raw fermented vegan food that is gluten and dairy free. We use traditional methods to ferment all our food and add no starters to any of our products.
