Dr. Flora Levin is a board certified oculofacial plastic surgeon that specializes exclusively in cosmetic eyelid surgery and non-surgical facial rejuvenation.As an expert in surgical and non-surgical procedures around the eyes, forehead and eyebrows, Dr. Levin offers each patient customized treatment plans tailored to their individual goals and needs.
