Introduction
At Fitness Boot Camp Ann Arbor we provide the best personal training in the area. We pride ourselves on our knowledgeable personal trainers and attitude of inclusion. You won’t find any ‘meat heads’ here! Call us today at 734-672-3555 to get a free fitness assessment, a $100 value! If you are looking to tone up, lose weight, increase muscle mass, or just simply look fabulous at the beach we have a ‘boot camp’ program for you! We offer 3 programs where you train with us either 2, 3, or 4 days a week. We call this boot camp our 21 day fix. The 21 day fix is a fitness program that is meant to introduce you to what it means to train with talented, committed staff who are dedicated to your success. It is not a class where everyone does the same moves. We craft an individual program based on your needs and goals. That is part of what makes us different- we are not cookie cutter. Call today and let us help you reach your full potential.
