Introduction
Fisherman's Friend was established in 1976. We moved our restaurant down on the water front in Stonington in 2007. We seat approx 200 people in our main dinning area and also have a function room upstairs over looking the harbor that will seat approx 100 people. We will also consider closing for private parties of 150 people or more. We specialize in Seafood having Maine Lobster 20 different ways! Some of our other Seafoods include Haddock, Clams, Scallops, Crabmeat, Shrimp and Oysters. Many different Chowders and stews as well. Yankee Magazine has view our Lobster and Scallop stew as the best in Maine! We are a seasonal business and we open the first week of May and Close Columbus day weekend.
