With the goal to provide a unique dining experience for her customers, Fish & Co. serves all food in a unique Mediterranean style - in a pan! This was an inspiration drawn from the simple practices of South African fisherman; who caught seafood fresh from the seas and cooked them immediately in the pan. This method of presenting freshly cooked fish & seafood meals delights the customers and further enhances the relaxed, friendly and engaging environment which the founders have set out to achieve.
Designed with the feel of casual, relaxed and inviting, Fish & Co. restaurants excude a cheery and warm ambience, created by the use of vivid tones of orange, yellow and blue colours. Decked out in elements which portray a distinct nautical theme, Fish & Co. seeks to create an environment where customers can feel at ease and enjoy a good meal with family and friends.
