Introduction
First Choice Pilates is a Pilates studio located within Stowmarket Community Centre. Offering group matwork classes and private sessions making use of small equipment to enhance movement and add variety to exercises. All classes are taught by Lynn Perry ensuring continuity and knowledge of each client’s needs and physical capabilities.
Clients range from 16 to 80. Men and women, those just wanting to get fit or improve their back health to athletes that want to maintain strength and flexibility and prevent injury.
