Established in 1998, Fire Store Online has become one of the Nation's most trusted names in public safety supplies. Our company was founded by a Florida Firefighter/Paramedic who helped pioneer an online Public Safety Superstoreâ„¢.
Our first office was a humble 800 sq. ft. Fire Store Online has remained focused on our mission to provide affordable prices, quality items, great selection and 'old-fashioned' customer service. This focus has allowed our company to grow throughout the years.
Thanks to our customers, we have had explosive growth since our inception. Today we operate nearly 20,000 sq. ft. of facilities and boast one of the best customer service records in the industry. Even though we have grown, we remain a small business focused on our customers - ONE AT A TIME. That is what got us here - and we will never lose sight of our roots.
Our employees are hired from within the fire, EMS and law enforcement communities whenever possible in order to bring industry experience to our outstanding customer service. We constantly upgrade our equipment and add new technology! Today, Fire Store Online is part of the DutyWear USA family which includes our own embroidery production facility, screen printing production facility, graphic design department, retail store, alterations department and state-of-the-art warehouse facility. We are an approved federal government vendor and supply many agencies worldwide!
