Introduction
Lara and Matt are high school sweethearts (1989) that were inspired by their own sense of wanderlust and community. They have 3 amazing kids, 2 dogs, and several cats. They have both an affinity for the transformation and shifting perspective that can happen with a regular yoga practice in a studio community and in everyday life. In wanting to share this opportunity with many others they founded Findlay Yoga in June of 2019. We have yoga classes for all skill levels from beginner to advanced!
