Introduction
Brenda Feigen is an attorney specializing in intellecutal property (entertainment), business and employment issues. She is a graduate of Harvard Law School. As a young lawyer, she started the Women's Rights Project of the ACLU with (now Justice) Ruth Bader Ginsburg. This experience gave her the understanding, empathy and skills to work for clients in discrimination cases. This includes both employees and employers whom she feels are often exploited by unfair claims. She also has experience in the entertainment industry, first as a lawyer, than as a William Morris agent and later as producer of the big-budget Hollywood film, "NAVY SEALS", starring Charlie Sheen. Those experiences gave her the expertise to represent not only her film, television, multi-media and literary clients, but also general business clients, where being a top negotiator is a must. She delights in obtaining the best deal possible in all types of matters, representing both individuals and companies.
