Introduction
Farrell's eXtreme Bodyshaping® is a transformational fitness program designed to help you quickly improve your fitness level in ten weeks. Farrell's offers a results based 10 week health and fitness program designed to change your body and mind in a fun, challenging community based environment. We offer 45 minute, instructor led classes, 6 days a week with a mix of fitness kickboxing and resistance band strength training. Farrell's St Paul at 477 Selby Ave is our second location. Our initial club, Farrell's North Loop was voted one of the 5 best gyms in Minneapolis by City Pages Magazine readers. We look forward to bringing that same level of excellence and energy to St Paul, Minnesota.
