A Little Luxury Made With Pure Couverture Chocolate
Humble in it’s beginnings, Fardoulis Chocolates began in 1985 with what started as an idea to create a unique after dinner mint for restaurants and cafes with a two-tone milk/dark chocolate swirl. The company grew quickly developing the after dinner chocolate market with more varieties and flavours. Distribution was developed nationwide via a network of wholesalers and before long were producing over 400,000 units per week of individually wrapped chocolates for the food service industry.
In 1996, through popular demand of brides and grooms, Fardoulis Chocolates created what was known as the ‘Wedding Chocolates’, which were personalised gift boxes for bonbonniere. An online shopping website was then developed to cater for customers and as a result produced thousands of personalised gift boxed chocolates which helped make the wedding day extra special.
A few years later through growth and enthusiasm, Fardoulis Chocolates expanded into the retail market experimenting with unique flavours, recipes and exquisite packaging. Thus, in 2002 we have established a range of eye catching chocolate gift boxed products now available Australia wide in major department stores like David Jones and Myer, TK Maxx Stores and specialised gourmet/gifting shops.
Introducing a new luxury in the world of chocolates, in recent years, the Fardoulis family has launched its own handmade gourmet pure couverture chocolates into local cafes. With an unrivalled reputation for crafting superior, distinctive and great tasting chocolates, the original philosophy still holds true today we will not compromise the quality of the finished product, believing that customer satisfaction has been and will continue to be our success.
