Mediation is quicker and cheaper than going to Court and you are able to make decisions that suit your family’s unique situation rather than having arrangements imposed on you by the Court. Research shows that mediation helps families separate cooperatively and the impact of separation and divorce on children is significantly reduced.
We have a contract with the Legal Aid Agency and we provide mediation out of offices situated in Merthyr Tydfil, Cardiff, Pontypridd, Brynmawr, Newport, Abertillery, Bargoed, Blackwood, Swansea, Aberdare, Neath, Pontypool, Mountain Ash, Abergavenny, Ebbw Vale, Ferndale, Cardiff Bay, Barry, Brecon, Tredegar & Cwmbran. Our administration office is based in Merthyr Tydfil, but we regularly see clients in all of the above offices. From time to time we also attend other offices upon request from solicitors.
