Falcon Trunking is based in Littleborough, Lancashire. Established in 1992, all our products are manufactured in the UK to ensure their quality and reliability. Our Littleborough facility comprises the whole organisation, including Research & Development, design, manufacturing, sales, warehousing and distribution.
Manufacture of our products within the UK stimulates both the regional and national economy without the need to import our goods. Shorter supply chains minimise our carbon footprint and benefit the environment.
At Falcon Trunking, we work hard to provide our customers with a superior level of service. As our products are manufactured in the UK for stock rather than “to order†supply chain lengths are reduced to the shortest length possible.
All our products are manufactured in the UK and we offer extensive support both before and after sales to help you. With Falcon Trunking, you can rest assured that you’re receiving a quality product that is built to last.
Cable Management Systems
We offer an extensive range of cable management system solutions to address a wide range of installation requirements. Cable management provides for the containment, support & protection of the cables contained within it. It is, however, essential that cables are further supported with metallic fixings to ensure they remain securely fastened to the building fabric in the event of a fire, please see the ‘Firefly Fire Safety Clip’ section of this website for additional information.
All our cable management products are manufactured entirely from PVC-U and whilst we endeavour to incorporate recycled material where possible, we cannot claim at this stage that ALL our products contain this re-claimed material – please contact us for additional information if required.
Pipe management systems
As part of our on-going commitment to customer service and outright support for Plumbing Wholesalers and Distributors, we regularly update and distribute printed copies of our Plumbing Pipe Management brochure. Copies are readily available on request.
The latest version is a six-page A4 full colour brochure which includes all of our product range and features our unique, new APAC System, APAC2 profile and continuous backing section pipe management options.

The purpose of the brochure is to showcase our product range, but perhaps, more importantly, its design and layout is meant also as a quick reference guide for you our customers. We would welcome your feedback on the ‘user-friendly’ aspect of its layout, and we will take into consideration in any future publications your comments on how you feel it could be improved.

Falcon has been manufacturing and supplying our uPVC trunking and a comprehensive range of associated Pipe Management and Cable Management products to TRADE wholesalers and distributors for over 20 years.
In that time we have built a reputation for quality products and customer service and as a consequence an enviable nationwide customer base. We are also proud to include British Gas alongside many large National trade names and Independents that ask for our products by name.
Each customer, irrespective of size, will experience our friendly and efficient customer service in all aspects of product knowledge, placing of orders, delivery and invoicing.
A family run business, Falcon Trunking Systems Limited, began manufacturing its range of uPVC Pipe & Cable Management Systems in March 1992. We continue to serve the electrical, plumbing & building trades with many large Wholesalers and Distributors amongst our customer base. Since that time the company has expanded in all aspects of its operation to offer our customers a comprehensive range of plumbing and electrical management products, supported by first-class service.
Our current two-acre self-contained site in Littleborough, Lancashire is the location for our Research/Design, Reclamation, Manufacturing, Sales, Administration, Warehouse and Distribution Operations.
The ‘one-stop-shop’ facility for pipe and cable management remains a cornerstone of the Falcon philosophy, and on-going product development remains a priority, as we endeavour to further increase our product range to better serve our customers.
We continue to invest in our on-site Reclamation Operation, allowing us to provide an efficient recycling infrastructure for collecting uPVC and processing it into raw material. This enables us to increase efficiency and decrease its revenue /energy costs to ensure a greener better future. As a consequence, we are now considered to be one of the leading environmentally friendly companies in our field.
