Introduction
Falce’s Restaurant’s story begins with Lou and Joan Falce. Joan worked in restaurants her entire life Lou’s resume included serving in WWII in southern France, a stint at the Citadel studying engineering, and 30 years at Mesta Machine Co. He co-owned a pizza shop with a cousin, and the couple worked the concession at the old Italian Club in Hays to say �food was a passion for the two of them’ was an understatement. The couple (and their five teenagers) purchased Kish’s Restaurant in 1972
