"Function Health Club is a health and wellness facility that specializes in Functional Fitness. We help people build a foundation of good health and fitness practices within an approachable, fun and supportive community environment. Our programs – which include functional fitness classes, personal training and nutrition programs – are coaching-based and designed to support the varying needs and preferences of our members. If you’re not familiar with Functional Fitness, it has become one of the most effective and proven methods for improving your overall fitness and health. Functional Fitness represents the next evolution in fitness science, and combines strength and conditioning with high intensity workouts designed to help you with every day activities. Instead of working individual muscles to simply improve how one’s physique may look, Functional Fitness improves the movements you make every day – squatting, carrying objects, lifting, and more. Designed to increase your strength, conditioning and mobility, Functional Fitness is also key to reducing and preventing injury.
We are also offer several Youth fitness programs, and have worked with many schools and sports teams in the Tri-Cities to assist with the physical education and sports enhancement programs."
