The brainchild of FOODThink, Mr. Siddhant Gupta claims to be a foodie by chance and connoisseur by choice. An Economics-Finance graduate from Bentley University, he has always aspired to be a part of the rapidly growing food industry in India and hence decided to return with a renewed zeal to join the family business in flour milling. As a gen-next foodie and entrepreneur, he is spearheading FOODThink, as he seeks to tap into the rapidly growing health food industry.

Being an integral part of the renowned Sahuwala family, Siddhant has mastered the art of fine wheat milling that has been carried forward for multiple generations. Spread across India, the family concerns manufacture and supply wheat flour and other wheat-based products to the top FMCG firms in the country.
