Joinery including : Floor & Ceiling Joists * Doors & Frames * Skirts and Arches * Partition Walls * Full Loft and Basement Conversions * Painting & Decorating * Tiling * Brick Work and Structural changes * Planning and Design.
Relevant abilities
• Experienced working at height with access platforms and scaffolding.
• Ability to read and interpret architects drawings, blueprints and structural reports.
• Competent in supervisory roles, covering estimating and site/project management.
• Prepared to travel any distance 6-7 days per week & evenings if necessary to meet deadlines.
• Member of the 'Construction skills certification scheme. (CSCS).
• Capable of training others in plastering, rendering and dry lining techniques.
• Good upper body strength & physical stamina to perform over long periods.
• Fine attention to detail.
