Introduction
Essenza is a small and intimate Italian restaurant with a stylish and contemporary interior, located in the heart of Notting Hill Gate, London.
The mandarin coloured banquettes, the wood grain panelling, the candle light tables and the small backlit bar makes it smart without being overly designer.
The menu features dishes from all regions of Italy, we choose the best recipes to match the seasonal offerings. We take pride in choosing genuine ingredients from Italy whenever possible, to create fresh, tasty and beautifully presented food as if we where in Italy.
The wines are carefully selected to complement the food menu and are sourced from most regions throughout Italy.
We are proud to be the sister restaurant of Osteria Basilico and Mediterraneo Cucina Italiana both long established Italian restaurants and also situated in Kensington Park Road, W11.
Essenza is an informal restaurant and no dress code is required. Children are welcome, we have a dedicated menu for them and our Saturday and Sunday lunch are a popular choice with families.
We also have a special express business lunch available five days a week and a takeaway menu when you feel like staying in.
