EquityTeam (ET) was born in Cincinnati, Ohio in 2003. We got our start by acquiring residential investment properties for investors looking to flip houses. Our clients needed a good property management company in Cincinnati and for years, we referred them to other property managers. Eventually, we realized that if we wanted it done right, we had to do it ourselves. Out of necessity, in 2011, we shifted the primary focus of our business from acquisitions to creating the best residential property management company in Cincinnati.
