As such, Velit can assist you with your reservoir modelling by determining your reservoir volumetrics, thus improving your overall reservoir characterization. A good depth conversion can reveal structures concealed by the overburden; determine potentially bypassed reserves; and/or further illuminate previously identified reservoir structures.
Our Petrel Seismic Inversion plug-in InSeis (branded as Kingdom Seismic Inversion) encompasses Colored Inversion and Simulated Annealing Inversion techniques – fast and robust methods of determining Relative Impedance and Absolute Acoustic Impedance from seismic data, which will satisfy many of the interpreter’s needs.
