SPECIALIST WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY BY EMMA MAY Stunning Wedding Photos in Brighton and Hove I am Emma. I am an experienced photographer from the south coast of Brighton. I like to take wedding photos all over the United Kingdom, visiting new places each time. My Work Goal Most newly-weds complain about how fast their wedding day goes, and I always tell them to sit back and enjoy every minute. I intend to capture these beautiful moments for them in a natural, unpressured manner. My Photographic Method I really love getting to know each couple that I work with, as I believe every wedding is completely unique. My creative approach is simply relaxed and centred on the couple. From the first time I held a camera, I became fascinated by it; for me, photography is a form of storytelling. Home, Work and Surroundings I live in Hove and my photography practice is based in the Brighton neighbourhood. For a stunning wedding by the sea, there are many suitable venues in my nearby area. When I was little, I lived in the Kemptown area if Brighton which holds many special, vibrant memories for me. Spending time in The Lanes, enjoying BBQ’s on the beach, pubs and picnics on Hove lawns. The following are some of my favourite venues for a wedding; Proud Cabaret, The Bandstand, Hotel Du Vin, Stammer House and The Coach House. Sussex: A Fine Place for Weddings I truly believe that Sussex is one of the most scenic places in England. I like to go on long walks in the South Downs, savour some cream tea in Alfriston, visit local farmhouses in spring and even a satisfying swim in the sea during the summer. There are lots of locations for wedding parties and great wedding photos in Sussex, whether you’re after exciting boutique hotels, rustic barns and or decadent Manor Halls. My choice venues include The Gallivant, The George in Rye, Fitzleroi Barn, Laughton Barns, Ashdown Park and Alexander House. My Hobbies When I am not taking photographs, I love to see plays at the theatre, watch movies and read novels.
