Introduction
Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery is based in the Heart of Wisconsin’s Dairyland in the town of Ellsworth. We’re known as the “Cheese Curd Capital of Wisconsinâ€, a designation bestowed on us in 1984 by Governor Anthony S. Earl.
Our cooperative is 400+ dairy farm families strong. These farm families are more than the producers of our milk, they’re the owners of our organization and as such have a deep and profound interest in our success and producing products of the highest quality.
