A native of the Chicago area since 1998, Telma attended the University of Illinois at Chicago. After receiving her Bachelor of Science in Economics, she then attended Loyola Graduate School of Business where she obtained her Master’s in Business Management, where she studied public accounting. After graduating, Telma worked in public accounting firms for a decade, identifying opportunities for business owners to reinvest in their companies, save for retirement, and structure their tax burdens appropriately. Once Telma had a deep background in tax planning services, she set out on her own and founded the Elite in 2017.
