Upon entering Elements you will be greeted by one of our friendly, helpful receptionists who will answer any questions you may have before showing you where to shower and change.
You will then enter one of our warm, comfortable massage rooms where your senses will be greeted by the sight and smell of scented candles together with the sound of soft music. You will have a few minutes by yourself to relax before being joined by your masseuse, who will discuss with you the type of massage you want and how you would like it delivered.
The massage will start with the masseuse massaging in warm essential massage oils, their hands slowly working to ease away the stress of the day throughout your body, massaging every muscle fibre, every sinew in those tired and aching limbs.
At the end of your massage you will be offered a cold, refreshing drink and left for a few minutes before taking a shower in our modern, immaculate bathing facilities.
