Introduction
Having a primary care physician that genuinely cares about you is essential as you navigate the ebbs and flows of health throughout your life. At Elemental Health Primary Care, you’ll find providers who will actually listen to your concerns and treat you as a whole human—addressing issues in both the body and mind. Located in East Albuquerque, our team is excited about providing holistic and proven primary care services to people of all ages.
Our practitioners provide well women care, physical exams, sick visits, diabetes management, DOT physicals, weight loss management, and more, all with attention to detail. We also work closely, as needed, with our sister clinic, Elemental Health & Wellness, which provides mental health services.
Our most common service is well care visits, providing that patient/doctor relationship where we can make sure everything is going well, address any concerns, and build trust for if something more acute comes up.
Wellness care also includes well women's care—which is women’s annual exams. And wellness care can also include diabetes management and weight loss management. We take a holistic approach making sure that mind and body are working together towards a healthy and happy lifestyle.
Another common service we provide are sick visits, or same day visits for patients when they are ill and need to be seen by a doctor immediately. We do our best to see patients on the same day, or next day, if they call when they are sick.
