Eastbay Behavior Therapy Center

The East Bay Behavior Therapy Center (EBBTC) specializes in treating all anxiety, mood, OCD and Trauma-related disorders that affect children, teens, and adults. The EBBTC center specializes exclusively in empirically-supported treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
The EBBTC offers different therapy services such as individual, group and intensive services. Current intensive groups are social flexibility and OCD warrior group; intensive services include Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills groups and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for OCD and anxiety in general. The type of service depends on the client’s struggles and how these symptoms are affecting his or her daily life.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
DBT services are offered to people who have been diagnosed with emotional dysregulation issues or borderline personality disorder.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Our IOP is designed for children, teens, and adults that are severely affected by OCD or anxiety in general; it’s extremely flexible in terms of scheduling, based on cutting edge treatments like exposure therapy, and treatment is offered in the office, outside the center, or at client’s home.
OCD Warrior group
The EBBTC is dedicated to support OCD sufferers and because this condition brings with it a significant degree of isolation, shame, and fears of rejection we’re offering a group to support the most effective treatment for OCD.
Social Flexibility Group
Our social flexibility group is dedicated for those struggling with shyness, introversion or social anxiety.
