Industrial Wet Painting is a fast and consistent method of applying liquid paint to almost any type of surface. The process involves spraying an atomized mist onto the surface to be coated. This forms a consistent, and Even paint Film which solidifies as the paint dries.
PRE-TREATMENT PROCESS IN AUCKLAND
Any Powder coating starts by chemically, or mechanically, removing the oils and greases from the substrate.
All Steel and Ferrous Metals. Parts & Components go through a minimum five-stage chemical pre-treatment process where a Zinc Phosphate Conversion Coating is applied for all Aluminium, Stainless & Galvanized Components go through an Etch and a Chrome-Conversion Coating.
