We put great care and skill into all that we do. Working on a freelance 'as and when' basis, there are no obligations to commit to this service and you only pay for what you use. We can work together on a time recorded basis, our hourly rate is £25 (no VAT payable). Alternatively, we can carry out the following work on a fixed fee basis:

- Uncontested Divorce Proceedings (no children) £200

- Uncontested Divorce Proceedings (with children) £250

- Uncontested Annulment (including one court attendance) £325

We are experienced in advising on a wide range of family matters including divorce, annulment, children issues, prenuptial and cohabitation agreements, domestic violence, as well as financial issues. We are also experienced in working with high case loads, and have taken numerous files from start to finish.

Please note, however, that in accordance with the regulations of ILEX Professional Standards Limited (IPS), all prepared work i.e. letters and legal forms are to be sent directly to a qualified solicitor for approval before being forwarded to the recipient. We work electronically and will liaise by email and telephone.

We have carried out hundreds of initial consultations and are experienced in taking numerous new clients on board. As we work remotely, we can offer to do free initial consultations over the telephone / Skype on the basis that if the consultation is successful and the client instructs you, you will duly instruct us to carry out the agreed work. We have our own systems in place i.e. we use laserforms and our own templates. We prefer to receive files through Dropbox but we can also accept files via email. We are highly experienced in billing files that change from fixed fee rates to time recorded rates. We can prepare accurate time-sheets and invoice clients accordingly; this accounting work will also be carried out free of charge.

Upon receipt of your instructions and the appropriate client files (via email or via drop-box) we will then proceed to work on your matter. Within a quick turnaround time, we will forward to you the completed work for your approval. Although we strive for thorough accuracy within our work at all times, if you do wish for us to make any amendments, we will be happy to assist with your requests and free of charge.
