EC Electronics provides a comprehensive range of ISO 9001:2008 approved electronic manufacturing services from factories based in the UK and Romania. Services include Design, Prototyping and Project Management, through to Final Electronic Product Manufacturing. Manufacturing capabilities include PCB Assembly ( both Surface Mount and conventional Plated Through Hole), Cable Assembly
( including Looms and Harnesses ) and Complete Product Assembly. In house added value services include Potting, Encapsulation and Conformal Coating for PCB assemblies. Workmanship is carried out to internationally recognised IPC standards and our Quality Management team provides a complete range of Testing services from AOI to ICT to full functional. Operations include a dedicated Materials sourcing team that includes a Hong Kong procurement office, to ensure that we provide the most competitive pricing on the supply of components required for product build. Our manufacturing services span a broad cross section of markets including Commercial and Industrial electronics, Instrumentation, Measurement and Analytical electronic products and the Medical, Aerospace, Military and Broadcast sectors.
