Introduction
Im a ceramic artist. I design and make ceramic sphere lighting with pierced holes in them, I also make wall panels, Landscape sculptures, Raku bowls leaf pendants, Scottish lanscapes and seascape vessels inspired by the Japanese tea bowl shape.
Most of my work is very organic and heavily influenced by nature and light.
I try to create pieces which bring light and nature together. My ceramics range from one off jewellery pieces to large inspired sculptures. Each piece is completely unique, and enjoy using a variety of making and firing techniques. The use of light is continually explored.
Im currently working on hand thrown bowls which have a loose and free form. Each piece is unique.
I am happy to take on commissions for personalised pieces ideal for gifts for that special occasion.
