In its 18th year Dulces Latin Bistro, rated as a three-star restaurant by the Seattle Times, has quickly become a neighborhood favorite. Chef Julie Guerrero's Latin menu (Latin being defined by the fusion of French, Spanish, Italian) and regional Mexican flavors changes seasonally to take advantage of the freshest ingredients available to the Pacific Northwest.

Fresh seafood, USDA prime meats, and fresh seasonal vegetables are accompanied by exquisite sauces.

The hospitality of Julie and her husband Carlos Kainz who manages the restaurant, is a treat. The duo, with the help of long standing key employees, knows how to take care of their customers - including taking special requests for menu alterations and dietary needs.
