Duke Fagan, P.A.

My name is Duke Fagan.  I am a lawyer and I am honored to be a one.  I was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida.  I have had the privilege of representing many people during my career.  For me, being a lawyer means standing up for the rights of people when their government is against them.  It means fighting for the rights of people who have been hurt or taken advantage of by someone else.  It means helping my clients who are injured find compensation.  Criminal cases and personal injury cases not resolved before a trial end up in the courtroom to be decided by a jury.  Family law cases that are not settled out of court are tried in front of a judge without a jury. In criminal and injury cases when the other side, whether it is an insurance company, a State or Federal Prosecutor, or a large corporation knows that when my client can fight them in the courtroom, you are a person to be reckoned with and respected.  I have spent more than a decade preparing, resolving and trying criminal and injury cases.  It is an honor to fight for my clients.
