Introduction
Drop Yoga is an independent hot yoga studio based in Worksop, Nottinghamshire. The studio, which accommodates up to 8 people per class, welcomes all levels of yoga with a range of classes aimed at beginners through to experienced yogis. All classes are vinyasa-style and delivered in a dimly lit room at 37°C heat to aid flexibility and calorie-burning. Month, annual, and bulk session-based discount packages are available.
